Foreclosures in Town?

Can anyone speak to the issue of foreclosures in Yakima, Washington? Foreclosures are up around the country due to the sub-prime lending practices. Is there any foreclosure impact on real estate in Yakima?

I am a foreclosure specialist. I have worked with foreclosures for about 10 years now. There are about 40 right now in Yakima. I can get all the information for anyone on any of them. Most need a letter from a bank stating pre-approval for a loan to close in 30 to 45 days or proof of cash by bank statements, etc. The foreclosures range from $63,00 for a 2 bdr condo on the northwest side to a million dollar horse ranch with 70 acres.
